Free shipping, always. Every U.S. order ships free — no minimums, no fine print. We currently ship within the 48 contiguous states, and we're not able to ship outside those just yet.

Your order, on its way. Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. Once yours is on the move, you'll get a notification with your expected delivery date plus real-time tracking by text or email. We ship through UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail so your pieces arrive safe and sound.

Need it sooner? Up against a deadline — a birthday, an event, a last-minute treat for yourself? Email us at hello@jujuloves.com and we'll do everything we can to get it to you in time, including letting you know any expedited options.

Free exchanges. Easy returns. We want you to love everything you order from JuJu Loves. Exchanges are always free. For returns, a $9.95 return shipping fee applies — just email hello@jujuloves.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll send your return label.

Loved it but it sold out? Our pieces move quickly. Tap the "Notify Me" button on any sold-out item and we'll alert you the moment it's back in stock.

One order, one shipment. We keep your order together and send it all at once — the only exception is seasonal gift boxes, which ship on their own scheduled dates.
