Refund policy

Returns:

Free exchanges. Easy returns. We believe in 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept any unused merchandise back for a full refund (final sale items excluded) within 7 days of receiving your order.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you must contact us at hello@jujuloves.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return shipping label. Any product price that ends with .97 is a final sale item and not eligible for return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging and/or tags still attached.

Please note there is a $9.95 return shipping fee on all returns regardless of whether you received free shipping when you placed your order.

We offer FREE return shipping on exchanges. If you'd like to swap your item for something else, we've got you covered at no cost to you.

Refunds:

Once we've received and inspected your return, we will automatically issue a refund to your original payment method minus the $9.95 return shipping fee.

By the time it arrives back to us to the point of refund, it may take a few days for our team to inspect. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after we do.
